Here's a breakdown of how it works:

1. Inquiry: Start by reaching out to us, either through our website, phone, or email. Let us know your specific requirements, such as the size of the dumpster you need and the desired rental period.
2. Dumpster Recommendation: Based on the information you provide, our knowledgeable team will recommend the most suitable dumpster size and rental duration for your project. We will ensure that you have the right equipment to efficiently handle your waste.
3. Paperwork and Payment: Upon agreeing to the recommended dumpster size and rental terms, we will provide you with necessary paperwork. This includes an agreement through DocuSign, outlining pricing, delivery/pick-up schedule, terms, and prohibited items. Additionally, a contract through Square to hold a card on file and an invoice must be completed for the rental to be confirmed and the dumpster to be delivered.
4. Delivery: On the agreed-upon date, we will deliver the dumpster to your designated location. Our team will ensure it is placed in a convenient and accessible spot for your project.
5. Usage: You can begin using the dumpster for your waste disposal needs. Fill it up according to the guidelines provided, taking care not to exceed the maximum load capacity or dispose of prohibited items.
6. Pick-up: When you have finished with the dumpster or reached the end of the rental period, simply let us know, and we will schedule a pick-up at a suitable time. Please note that we do not provide pick-up services on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
7. Disposal: Once the dumpster is collected, we will responsibly and legally dispose of the waste at approved facilities. We prioritize environmentally conscious disposal methods to minimize any negative impact.
